The renowned Port St Charles was Barbados’s first residential marina development offering true waterside living in a secure gated community.
The property is located on the West Coast of Barbados and comprises of a prestigious mix of villas, townhomes and condominium apartment.
Residences are provided with a mix of marina and ocean views in conjunction with direct access to the marina dockside and perimeter boardwalk. Central to the marina is the island lagoon which accommodates a community pool and bar. A series of static and floating docks provide secure berthing facilities for residents to accommodate boats adjacent their homes up to 110ft in length.
